So where have I been?
I actually haven't been anywhere. With me having my first-ever big girl job, I'm trying to find the fine balance between working, sleeping, and having some "me" time. Blogging would be how I would spend my alone time when I was back at school, but I'm having a hard time finding that now that I have a real job, just because I am so tired ALL THE TIME. I know that's not a good reason to temporarily go MIA in the blogiverse, but it's the truth. I'm dating someone, and I don't even have time to see him. I've decided to schedule a bunch of 30 Day Photo Challenge posts so you'll at least have some pictures to look at while I'm still trying to find that balance.
So I have been working, working, working, and dreaming about moving into my apartment. I got approved to move in on Tuesday, and will be looking at moving into an apartment complex in a suburb of Tulsa either August or September, depending on when they have an opening for me. I'm going to be living on my own for the first time! I'm super excited!!

when i first started my first "big girl" job last may, i was just like that. couldn't figure out how to balance everything, and was so tired. eventually it just figures itself out! happy sunday!
ReplyDeleteI am SUPER excited for you!!! We are moving to CO in a couple of weeks and I know that I'm going to be MIA during that transition, aside from mobile blogging so I scheduled some guest posts, thought about doing a challenge while I was gone, but that's so much effort!! HAHA.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your 1st big girl Job :),its not easy to balance things up when you fine yourself in wonderland. I`m sure with time your would get everything in order.I know how you feel about living on your own..Its Fun but Crazy boring at times..There is always a first time to Everything..Enjoy.
ReplyDeleteI've really had a difficult time adjusting to a full-time work schedule. It's so much different than being a full-time student and it is really hard to find the balance. I still get frustrated that I have to ask off work for Drs appointments and things like that when before I could fit it into my schedule just fine. Good luck with everything. It's helped me to schdeule in some fun time and then some separate down time where I don't do anything (you know, if possible). Good luck!

ReplyDeleteI may not comment all the time, but I'm here! I completely understand where you are coming from. Something always has to give and usually, it's not something you want to let go.
ReplyDeleteRecently I've had to spend less time reading blogs as I've tried to spend more time with my business. It's tough and I feel out of the loop sometimes, but I unfortunately can't make it through all 24 hours of the day without sleep. ;]
