goals...

so I've kinda set a short-term goal for myself: I want to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks. If I do that, I will have left school weighing the exact same as when I started. It would be great to lose more, how many people can say they finished their freshman year of college weighing less than when they started??? and maybe if I focus on going to the gym everyday, it will help ease the stress of studying for finals.
